Phil Hickman, president of the Southern Illinois/St. Louis Metro East market of Associated Bank, has been named 2020 auxiliary board chair for the Illinois Division of United Way of Greater St. Louis. He succeeds Peggy Lewis LeCompte who has held the chair position since 2019.
