SBDC, O’Fallon team on upcoming Google Analytics workshop
The Illinois Small Business Development Center, in partnership with the O’Fallon-Shiloh Chamber of Commerce and the city of O’Fallon, will be hosting a Google Analytics Livestream Workshop at O’Fallon City Hall (255 S. Lincoln Ave.,) on Tuesday, March 31.
The workshop takes place from 1 to 2 p.m. with a presentation on how to master Google’s business insight tools. Cost for the workshop is $10 and can be paid online at http://ilsbdc.ecenterdirect.com/events/32267.
Individuals can learn how to use Google Analytics to gain insights about how consumers engage with business online. The workshop will discuss the best practices to analyze customer trends and turn these insights into actionable decisions. It will also explore Market Finder, Google’s free tool that helps identify potential markets and customers for business.
In addition to the workshop, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., small-business specialists will be available to take your business questions, discuss growth opportunities, and connect you with potential resources. People may also schedule a 30-minute one-on-one appointment with a counselor by contacting the SBDC. Consultation with small businesses specialists is free.
“We have partnered with the SBDC a couple times now and the results are always great. Any entrepreneur or businessperson should think about attending this workshop on March 31,” said Mayor Herb Roach.

• Business Financing
