New Spectrum store opens on Green Mount Road in Shiloh
Charter Communications Inc. announced Friday the opening of a new Spectrum store in Shiloh.
The store, located at 3950 Green Mount Road, allows customers to learn more about and try Spectrum services, which include video, internet and voice services and its latest offering, Spectrum Mobile.
Officials said Spectrum Mobile combines the nation’s largest LTE network and a nationwide network of Spectrum WiFi hotspots to save customers up to 40 percent on their wireless bill every month. Customers can choose from among the latest mobile devices and accessories, transfer their wireless number from other providers and activate service right in the store.

“Our new Spectrum stores provide an updated design and enhancements for showcasing innovation across the full suite of Spectrum services,” said Pattie Eliason, group vice president, Spectrum Stores. “Our representatives will show customers the latest advances in technology — including our exciting new Spectrum Mobile options — help them become familiar with using it and put together just the right package of Spectrum services for their home and family.”
The new Shiloh store is open weekdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m. Along with sampling and ordering Spectrum services, customers can also complete a variety of transactions at the store, including account payments and upgrading or exchanging equipment.
Spectrum has additional area stores in Collinsville and Alton.

Special guests at the Spectrum store opening included Sen. Chris Belt, Rep. LaToya Greenwood and Shiloh Mayor James Vernier II. The O’Fallon/Shiloh Chamber of Commerce also had several members and leadership in attendance.
