Three attorneys join Gori Law Firm in Edwardsville
The Gori Law Firm announced that Monika Heater, Shaun Martin and Zachry Sandifer have joined the firm as attorneys. Heater, Martin and Sandifer will be working in the Edwardsville office, with Heater focusing on mass torts, Martin focusing on asbestos litigation and Sandifer focusing on plaintiff personal injury and asbestos litigation.
Heater (center) graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a B.S. in Business Administration. She then graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2019 with her Juris Doctor. Heater also served as a Managing Editor of the ABA Journal of Labor and Employment Law while attending law school. During and after law school, Heater worked as an intern for a family law firm before joining The Gori Law Firm as a clerk. She now works for the firm as an associate attorney in the mass torts department. Heater is a member of The Missouri Bar, as well as The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and The Women Lawyers’ Association of Greater St. Louis
Martin (right) graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a B.S. in Corporate Communications. He then graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Law in December of 2016 with his Juris Doctor. After law school, Martin worked in the areas of medical malpractice and personal injury before joining The Gori Law Firm as an associate attorney. Martin is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
Sandifer (left) graduated from Illinois State University with a B.A. in History-Social Science Education. He then graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2019 with his Juris Doctor. While at law school, Sandifer was elected Editor-in-Chief of the SIU Law Journal. After law school, Sandifer joined The Gori Law Firm as an associate attorney. Sandifer is a member of The Missouri Bar as well as the Illinois State Bar Association.
