Mexican restaurant opens location in Edwardsville

The Edwardsville/Glen Carbon Chamber of Commerce conducted a ribbon-cutting ceremony recently to celebrate the grand opening of Viva La Fiesta Mexican Restaurant at 1027 Century Drive in Edwardsville. Owners Rafael Torres Zamora and Caty Passig are featured (center) with staff and chamber ambassadors.
