Craven selected for prestigious training program
Darcella Craven, president of the Veterans Business Resource Center in St. Louis, has has been selected as a scholar in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.
Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses is program to help entrepreneurs create jobs and economic opportunity by providing greater access to education, capital and business support services. To date, more than 7,300 business owners have graduated from the program across all 50 states in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C.
Craven was one of 152 scholars selected to the 12th cohort of the program, which is operated by Babson College.
“Because I’m a lifelong learner, I’m delighted at this opportunity to expand my small-business knowledge and also share what I’ve learned over the years counseling military veterans and their families on how to start and expand their companies,” Craven said.
