Southwestern Illinois Properties trying to wrongfully take my deposit,I gave them a 30 day notice to move,they told me I can send it in with my rent that’s wasn’t late,so they wrote Housing Authority stating that I was in good standards with them,so now here it is I calls them to ask a question now to mind y’all I’m still a tenant,so they tells me now I can’t get my deposit back because I didn’t give them my 30 day notice that they said I can send n with my rent and for late fees on my rent,and for 2 doors that total up to 50 that was suppose to been fixed over 6 months ago and he wasn’t charging me to fix but just for the doors,so now here it is they want to charge me for installing the doors now,I had bugs bad and i asked them can the insterminate they told me Housing said they wasn’t responsible,so I got got it insterminated,so now they want to take my deposit for a insterminatetion that they didn’t do,so I called them to talk with them they want to keep hanging up on me then threating to call the police n say I’m harassing them but what they doing is TENANT NEGLIGENCE,THIS TERRIBLE,fir them to keep finding excuses to take my deposit,I even asked and texted them where did they get the stuff from to fix the things myself they won’t respond just so they can take my money😪😪😪😥😥😥
I haven’t even moved out the unit yet and Southwestern Illinois Properties already done took my deposit
