Spencer Homes, LLC plans grand opening for new O’Fallon developments

Spencer Homes, LLC will hold a grand opening event on June 9 at its new O’Fallon, Ill., properties, Augusta Greens and The Enclave at Augusta Greens.

augustagreenslogoThe site is just south of Far Oaks Golf Club at the corner of Old Collinsville Road and Milburn School Road, and the event will take place from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. and will include prizes, giveaways and kid-friendly activities.

Augusta Greens is described as a picturesque neighborhood featuring large lots and home customization options. Adjacent to Augusta Greens, The Enclave at Augusta Greens is a neighborhood designed for simplified, maintenance-free living. Landscape maintenance, yard irrigation and other lawn care services are provided by the homeowners association, as well as ice and snow removal in the winter months.

“O’Fallon is one of the hottest markets on the Illinois side of the river, and one of the fastest-growing communities in the entire metro St. Louis area,” said Mike Rathgeb, owner of Spencer Homes, LLC. “It’s an emerging restaurant destination, has pristine public parks, and contains a network of walking/biking trails. O’Fallon is an ideal place to call home. We are incredibly thankful for the initial reception as 12 homes are either sold or under contract.”

Two homes will be open for viewing at the event: 656 Fairway Wood Drive in Augusta Greens and 645 Ambrose Drive in The Enclave at Augusta Greens. With Spencer Homes, LLC as the primary builder, homes in Augusta Greens and The Enclave will feature functional, modern open floor plans with solid surface countertops, quality cabinetry, and heavy use of hardwood, tile and millwork. In keeping with the theme of simplified living, the homes at The Enclave are constructed with accessibility and longevity in mind. With wider doorways and hallways, seamless transitions into showers and outdoor living spaces, and no steps from the garage into the home, homes at The Enclave allow for long-term mobility with an “aging in place” design.
