Towneplace Suites by Marriott now open in O’Fallon
Marriott International’s TownePlace Suites by Marriott St. Louis O’Fallon has opened at 445 Regency Park Drive, O’Fallon, Ill.
It will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Allyson Group Inc. of O’Fallon, Illinois.
“We are excited to introduce the TownePlace Suites brand to the O’Fallon area,” said Brad McMillin, president of the Allyson Group. “It is the perfect location for leisure and business travelers, located along the medical mile between the new HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital and BJC Memorial East Hospital as well as just one-mile from the O’Fallon Family Sports Park – which attracts over 70,000 out-of-town guests to the area for over 50 youth and adult soccer and baseball tournaments each year.”

Aimed in part at travelers who need accommodations for longer stays, the new property offers studio and one-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens, as well as separate living/working and sleeping areas. Modern suites feature full kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, adjustable work spaces with built-in shelves and lighting, a large flat screen television, as well as luxurious new bedding. Most rooms also feature the trademarked Home Office Suite, designed to provide guests with plenty of storage and flexible space to spread out.
There are an array of food options. On-property guests can create their own complimentary hot breakfast every morning in the lobby area or grill dinner on outdoor Weber grills.
