Gori, Realtors has purchased Edwardsville Landmark Realty Inc. and announced a move to a new office in downtown Edwardsville.
Gori, Realtors is moving from its current location at 224 S. Main St. to a new, modern-industrial space at 212 St. Louis St. and will mark the change at a launch party at the new location on May 10, from 4 to 8 p.m. The public is invited.
“We are excited to share our new space and show our existing clients, business partners and other community members how we are working to redefine real estate in the Metro East,” said Randy Gori, owner of Gori, Realtors. “Our goal is to dominate the Metro East market.”
The deal to purchase Landmark from owners Bob Rohrkaste and Dennis Burgess was announced Thursday. The newly merged realty group will continue to provide services for both commercial and residential properties throughout the Metro East.
Landmark Realty Inc. has offered residential and commercial property representation in Edwardsville since 1983. Landmark expanded in 1988 by opening a second location in Bethalto.
The combined teams will operate under the Gori, Realtors name.
Founded in 2017 in Edwardsville, Gori, Realtors lists, sells and leases single-family, commercial and multifamily real estate throughout the Metro East. Gori, Realtors also provides a full-service property management company.
“We are driven and determined to set Gori, Realtors apart from other agencies and exceed everyone’s needs. Our clients’ needs are always first in the real estate process. We are a boutique agency and will always continue to operate small but mighty regardless of current and future expansion,” said Kristina Howard, office manager of Gori, Realtors. “We have worked with (Edwardsville Landmark Realty Inc. owners) Dennis and Bob in the past on real estate purchases and have always found the partnership valuable. We are gaining years of knowledge from Bob, Dennis and all of the talented agents joining us from Landmark.”
