Big Brothers/Big Sisters plans annual fundraiser at St. Clair Bowl

Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southwestern Illinois will hold its annual Bowl for Kids’ Sake Campaign
at St. Clair Bowl in Fairview Heights on Saturday, March 30, at 1 and 3 p.m., and Saturday, April 13, at 1 and 3 p.m.

Participants obtain pledges, bowl two free games, enjoy free pizza and the chance to win prizes. Funds raised from Bowl for Kids’ Sake will be used to provide mentors for youth in Madison, Clinton, St. Clair, and Monroe counties.

Area banks are participating in the Battle of the Banks that is scheduled on March 30l.  The Annual Battle of the Defense Contractors will take place on April 13.

All proceeds go toward helping Big Brothers Big Sisters serve youth throughout Clinton, Monroe, Madison and St. Clair counties.  Participants enjoy two free hours of bowling fun with their friends and co-workers.  In addition, bowlers enjoy free pizza, free shoe rental and prizes.  To participate, individuals raise a minimum of $100 in pledges.
