HSHS Medical Group welcomes general surgeon

    HSHS Medical Group has added Ulunna MacBean, MD, MS, general surgeon, to its teams of providers at HSHS Medical Group General Surgery in Breese and Highland. The practice in Breese is located at 9401 Holy Cross Ln., Suites 113 and 115; the practice in Highland is located at 12860 Troxler Ave., Suite 120.
    MacBean completed her general surgery residency at St. Luke’s University Hospital in Bethlehem, Pa. She received her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Portsmouth, Dominica, West Indies; her graduate degree at the University of Maryland in College Park; and her undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in Baltimore. MacBean is a member of the American College of Surgeons, American Medical Association and Association for Women Surgeons.
