Attorney publishes bankruptcy paper

    Mathis, Marifian & Richter shareholder Mary Lopinot was published in the 2018 Edition of Business Bankruptcy by the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
    She volunteered her time and expertise to contribute to this publication that helps provide informative handbooks to assist attorneys in continuing their education.
    Lopinot has more than 20 years’ experience representing clients in areas of tax and bankruptcy. Her experience has made her an expert and desired speaker at many presentations across the Southern Illinois region.
    She is an area school board member and an adjunct instructor at Southwestern Illinois College where she teaches courses in the paralegal program.
