Focal Pointe hires director of talent

    Caseyville-based Focal Pointe Outdoor Solutions has added Sandra Gonzalez of Wright City, Mo., as its director of talent and team development. She will lead the company’s recruiting, hiring and new employee onboarding.  She will also work with management to retain qualified employees through competitive compensation, benefit plans and ongoing training.
    Gonzalez brings more than six years of experience in human resources and management. She has added expertise in retail management, having assisted in operations for a store with more than $38 million in annual sales. She  graduated from Lindenwood University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management.
    Focal Pointe Outdoor Solutions is a grounds maintenance, lawncare and landscaping company serving residential and commercial clients.
