Southwest expands spring break destinations in 2019 from St. Louis

Southwest Airlines is expanding its international service for the prime 2019 spring break travel season from St. Louis Lambert International Airport.

In its latest schedule, extending bookings from March 7 to April 7, Southwest has added two new Caribbean markets with Saturday service to both Montego Bay, Jamaica, and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic — both pending final governmental approvals on those new flights. St. Louis became Southwest’s 15th international gateway less than a year ago when it launched its first international flights from St. Louis to Cancun, Mexico.

Southwest is also re-starting seasonal service in March 2019 to West Palm Beach, Fla., on Saturdays and Charleston, S.C., on Sundays.
