Holland Construction Services breaks ground on new building for Musick Dermatology
SWANSEA — Holland Construction Services Inc. recently joined with the owners and staff of Musick Dermatology at a ground-breaking ceremony for their new office building.
The new 10,000-square-foot building will be located at 4948 Benchmark Centre Drive in Swansea, just around the corner from its current location at 4932 Benchmark Centre Drive. As Musick Dermatology comes up on their 10 year anniversary, the need to relocate to a larger space was necessary to meet the needs of their expanding practice.
“Our new beautiful facility will allow us to integrate our goal of increasing provider availability, and timely appointments, with the friendly and professional care that we are known for,” said Dr. Steve Musick. “We could not be more excited. Our providers and staff believe that Musick Dermatology patients deserve the very best.”
The new office building designed by Farnsworth Group out of Fairview Heights, Illinois, will feature 16 exam rooms and 2 procedure rooms, in addition to multiple other offices.
