Phoenix Physical Therapy to open in Glen Carbon

The newest clinic in the Phoenix Physical Therapy family will be opening April 2 inside the Our Health Club and Spa facility in Glen Carbon.

The Edwardsville-Glen Carbon clinic will provide outpatient physical therapy, knee and sports injury rehab, vestibular rehab for dizziness/vertigo, and access to a full gym and pool inside Our Health Club. Pool access will allow the clinic to eventually offer aqua therapy.
