Touchette Regional Hospital rebranding, plans improvements
CENTREVILLE — Touchette Regional Hospital has launched a new brand and is announcing plans for improvements in 2018.
“Touchette has always strived to make a difference in the lives of the people and the communities we serve,” says Larry McCulley, president and CEO of Touchette Regional Hospital. “As our service offerings and network of affiliates continue to expand, we saw this as an opportunity to establish a new brand to reflect on the hospital’s nearly 60 years of dedication and service while planning for future growth.”
The new brand will also lead Touchette into a new era of patient care with many improvements completed and planned for the coming year. Recent accomplishments include the opening of its Behavioral Health and Wellness Center in 2016, improvements to the front entrance and registration area, expanded emergency department and the addition of special needs dentistry.
Future plans for the hospital include improvements to outpatient/inpatient operating rooms, which are expected to be complete in 2018.
“Our name and our commitment to providing quality health care will remain – what will change, however, is our logo, our website, and our overall brand messaging,” says Sulbrena Day, PhD, RN, chief operating officer of Touchette Regional Hospital. “Our employees and physicians will continue providing the highest-quality, personalized care that fosters healthier communities and lives. We like to say ‘It’s a new day at Touchette’ and that is certainly true.”
Touchette provides behavioral health and wellness, emergency care, home health, physical therapy, specialty care (podiatry, ENT, urology, surgery, pulmonology, GI), OB/GYN, senior services, transportation services, laboratory, radiology, medical/surgical services, cardiopulmonary, pharmacy and intensive care.
