‘Sparkles, Suds & Sweets’ Friday in downtown Belleville

Belleville Main Street is planning its first “Sparkles, Suds & Sweets” this Friday, Feb. 16, from 5 to 8 p.m.

People can celebrate a late Valentine’s Day or shake off cabin fever by visiting downtown businesses and tasting 15 different sparkling wines or beers, and sampling 15 different sweets.

Tickets are $25 if purchased in advance or $30 that evening at registration.

A series of events are planned in downtown Belleville, starting with St. Patrick’s Day:
– Lucky Leprechaun 5K Run/Walk – 9 a.m.
– Hiberninan’s Parade – 11 a.m.
– Block Party – 1 pm

Downtown restaurants and bars participate in the annual Block Party, providing music, food trucks, and beverages. Four blocks of downtown Belleville on East Main will be closed to provide room.
