• Frey Properties Of Highland, LLC sold an 1,800-square-foot retail/office building at 841 Wabash Ave. to Luis Frausto. BARBERMURPHY represented the seller.
• Exchange Club of Belleville sold a 2,800-square-foot office building at 404 Sycamore St. to New Beginnings Church of Belleville. BARBERMURPHY represented both parties.
• McBride and Son Homes, dba Vantage Development Co, LLC sold three parcels of residential development land totaling 181 acres to O’Fallon Development Group, LLC.
