Brewhouse Historical Sports Bar, located at Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch, has brought back a fall and winter Stews & Brews menu for hotel guests and local residents.
The menu pairs a variety of house-made, hearty stew selections with pints of beer from local-area breweries.
“The Stews & Brews menu features a variety of delicious, hearty stews that are made by our culinary team complemented by a selection of some of the area’s best local beers,” said Joseph Bidwell, executive chef at Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch and Brewhouse Historical Sports Bar.
The Stews & Brews menu features three stews including a hearty beef stew, a Cajun shrimp gumbo, and the smoked chicken posole. Each bowl of stew is $13 with beer pairings available at $5 each. The menu includes local beer selections including Crown Valley Big Bison, Charleville 1/2 Wit Wheat, and the Six Mile Bridge Irish Red. The menu is available throughout the end of the year.
Located at 315 Chestnut St.., the bar celebrates St. Louis’ local professional sports. The restaurant features more than 70 local beers, an in-house smoker with barbecue selections, numerous oversized high-definition televisions with state-of-the-art sound systems to watch games.
