Several HSHS Medical Group practices move to new O’Fallon hospital

HSHS Medical Group says several of its practices have moved to the campus of HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O’Fallon.

As of this week, the practices joined in one location at 3 St. Elizabeth’s Blvd., Ste. 5000, O’Fallon, IL 62269 and are now called HSHS Medical Group Multispecialty Care – St. Elizabeth’s.

Patients are encouraged to call their primary care doctor for a referral, or call the practice at (618) 641-5803 for more information.
