SIHF Healthcare to relocate one office to O’Fallon

SIHF Healthcare, formerly Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation, says it will move one of its Belleville-based family health offices to the new campus of HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O’Fallon.

When the new hospital opens on Nov. 4, SIHF Healthcare will relocate the formerly known Belleville Family Health Center located at 180 S. Third St. in Belleville, to 3 St. Elizabeth’s Blvd., Suite 4000, O’Fallon and begin seeing patients on Nov. 6, 2017.

Providers at this location will include Mechelle Elosiebo, MD and Marjorie Guthrie, MD.

“We are offering the same great care, just in a different location within the beautiful, new Health Center attached to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital,” said Larry McCulley, chief executive officer of SIHF Healthcare. “Our organization continues to expand our service locations and offerings in an effort to improve access to healthcare. Opening our doors in O’Fallon will assist us in extending our services within that community and surrounding areas. Regardless of where our offices are located, the staff remains committed to providing the highest quality care in central and southern Illinois.”

SIHF Healthcare’s partnership with St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, Saint Louis University School of Medicine and Scott Air Force Base enables the center to continue long-term relationships for a very successful family medicine residency program.

“HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital is privileged to serve as a teaching hospital for our region, and the SLU Family Medicine Residency continues to develop high quality medical professionals to serve our patients now and into the future,” said President and CEO Peg Sebastian. “SIHF Healthcare’s support of the residency and their longtime dedication to serving the patients and families of Southwestern Illinois makes them a valued partner in the delivery of quality health care.”

SIHF Healthcare provides services to the whole family. A majority of the staff has been working together for 20+ years, which assures that patients will see a friendly, familiar face when they schedule a visit. The compassionate, caring team is committed to providing the best possible care.

SIHF will also continue its walk-in clinic on the Belleville campus. SIHF Convenient Care Center, formerly named Primetime of Belleville, will move from its current location inside the hospital to a new space at 180 S. Third Street in Belleville.
