Reassessment is underway in O’Fallon Township

The St. Clair County Assessor’s Office is reassessing properties in O’Fallon Township, and the process is expected to continue for a minimum of two months.

During the reassessment process, employees from the St. Clair County Assessor’s office are required to do site inspections of properties, which may include the taking of measurements and photographs.

Assessor field crews will be driving cars and trucks that are issued to St. Clair County and will be marked with the St. Clair County Seal. Each employee will be wearing a St. Clair County employee badge.
