Fischer named a principal with BARBERMurphy Group

SHILOH — Collin Fischer, CCIM, has been named a principal in Southern Illinois commercial real estate firm, BARBERMurphy Group.

The announcement was made by Wayne Barber Jr., SIOR, and Paul Murphy, co-founders and principals of the company.

“Collin has been a broker associate for 11 years and has demonstrated his ability to help lead and grow our firm,” said Barber. “Paul Murphy, co-founder and managing principal, and I are delighted to recognize the important role that Collin plays in our company.”

Fischer (shown), who achieved his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2016, has been exposed to various business facets enabling him to bring fresh insight and work ethic to his transactions, the firm said. His career in commercial real estate with the BARBERMurphy Group focuses on commercial leasing, sales and special projects in the Metro East. He has also helped various clients acquire investment property outside of Illinois.
