Family Hospice
Hospice is a word that is frightening to hear for many people, but not for people that have used our service to care for their loved one. When a patient and family elect hospice, they begin to take control and make decisions about the type of care they wish to receive. Family Hospice staff and volunteers are compassionate in their approach to care with the focus of care being pain management and improvement in the quality of living each day, one day at a time. We provide skilled nurses and counselors to help patients and families cope with the physical and emotional problems they face. Certified nurse aides help provide personal care, and our hospice Chaplain is available to affirm the patient’s spiritual beliefs.
Family Hospice has provided excellence in hospice care for over 25 years. We have cared for patients and their families with uncompromising devotion.
