Klemme Capital Investments LLC has purchased a 15,000-square-foot retail/showroom/warehouse on a 2.4 acres of property at 1604 N. Illinois St. in Swansea.

The seller is DS Holdings LLC.

Kunkel Commercial Group & McKay Investment Realty represented the seller.

Kunkel Commercial Group represented the buyer.

The building was formerly occupied by Windoor.
