West Star Aviation marks fourth consecutive No. 1 at its St. Louis Regional Airport facility

EAST ALTON – West Star Aviation has been voted No. 1 Preferred MRO in 2017 “Professional Pilot” magazine’s Preference Regarding Aviation Services and Equipment survey for the fourth consecutive year.

“We are blown away by this win, four years is something we could have never imagined,” said Debi Cunningham, vice president of marketing, West Star Aviation. “We work very hard company-wide at all of our locations to make sure that our customers feel that we have their best interests in mind, and we are honored they put their trust in us.”

MRO stands for maintenance and repair operations. West Star specializes in the repair and maintenance of airframes, windows, and engines, as well as major modifications, avionics installation and repair, interior refurbishment, surplus avionics sales, accessory services, paint and parts.
In addition to its facilities in East Alton; Grand Junction, Colo.; and Chattanooga, Tenn., West Star Aviation runs maintenance operations at Aspen-Pitkin County Airport in Aspen, CO; Chicago Executive Airport in Chicago, IL; Centennial Airport in Denver and Conroe-North Houston Regional Airport in Houston. The company also provides FBO services for transient aircraft at its newly remodeled East Alton and Grand Junction facilities.
