EDWARDSVILLE — Madison Mutual Insurance Co. says its support for the Edwardsville YMCA is part of its mission to give back to the community.
“The work that the Edwardsville YMCA does in our community is invaluable and we are pleased to be able to help them in their efforts,” Mike Wenos, Madison Mutual Insurance president, said of the company’s recent $2,500 donation to the Y’s Annual Campaign.
Madison Mutual has been part of the Edwardsville community since the company’s start in 1920.
“Madison Mutual believes the YMCA offers a fundamental service to the community of Edwardsville and our policyholders,” says Wenos.
The YMCA’s programs include youth development and child care, filling holiday wish lists for needy families, and more.
Mutual Insurance has steadily grown and now serves policyholders in Illinois, Missouri, Indiana and Wisconsin. Madison Mutual’s automobile, home, farm and umbrella products are available through more than 250 independent agencies that represent the company.
