Memorial Hospital East receives Excellence in Healthcare Awards
SHILOH — Memorial Hospital East recently received Excellence In Healthcare Awards from national health-care research leader Professional Research Consultants Inc.
Memorial East was recognized for overall quality of care as follows:
• Five Star Emergency Department
• Five Star 4th Floor Medical/Surgical
• Four Star Overall Inpatient Services
• Five Star HCAHPS – Discharge Information

Memorial Hospital East in Shiloh, a 94-all private bed full service hospital, opened on April 12, 2016.
The Excellence in Healthcare Awards recognize organizations and individuals who achieve excellence throughout the year by improving patient experiences, healthcare employee engagement and/or physician alignment and engagement based on surveys of their patients.
