Jeremy Maddox promoted to VP Business Development at Holland Construction

SWANSEA — Mike Marchal, president of Holland Construction Services, has announced the promotion of Jeremy Maddox to the new position of vice president of Business Development.

“This internal promotion was an easy decision to make,” said Marchal. “Jeremy has a successful track record of building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working within a team environment to expand company sales and meet clients’ needs. This is the skillset we have been looking for in this new position.”

Maddox came to Holland in 2016 with more than 18 years of experience in the construction industry, including project management, preconstruction, business development and as a market leader for federal contracting.

He played a key role in Holland’s preconstruction department before taking on his new role. He now is responsible for developing and implementing new strategic initiatives for Holland as the company continues to grow.
