Ground breaking planned for Villas in East Alton

The RiverBend Growth Association is planning a ground-breaking event at 1 p.m. Friday, April 7, for the newest location of The Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care.

The location is 312 Mechanical Drive, East Alton

The Villas website says there are eight Villas of Holly Brook assisted living locations and six Reflections Memory Care facilities in downstate Illinois.

The Villas says it provides residents “the perfect balance” between independence and the living standard they need. The services include cooking, cleaning, laundry and outdoor maintenance.

Reflections Memory Care Communities offers individualized health-care plans, supervision by a nurse in a secured building that includes activity stations, outdoor walking paths and sensory gardens. The community specializes in Alzheimer’s and other memory care.

The RBGA is also planning to cut a ribbon Thursday April 13, at 4 p.m. on the new location of USA Mortgage, 2004 State St.
