Tanglewood Subdivision ribbon cutting set March 9 in Caseyville

CASEYVILLE — The Collinsville Chamber of Commerce is inviting the public to the ribbon cutting of the new Tanglewood Subdivision at on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 4 p.m.

The event at the subdivision entrance at Illinois Route 159 will be followed by a tour of the model home at 7991 Sonora Ridge, Caseyville, and refreshments will also be served.

Located three miles from St. Claire Square in Caseyville, the new subdivision offers what developers say is natural surroundings, prime acreage and a convenient location.

The Tanglewood community offers homes of varying price ranges all situated within rolling hills and woodlands.

Tanglewood will be the site of a chili cookoff to be held on Saturday, March 25, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Businesses can show off their chili recipes to incoming residents and guests as well as win prizes. All profits will go to benefit Collinsville High School.
