Duckworth opens senate constituent service office in Springfield
SPRINGFIELD — U.S. Sen. Tammy Duckworth, D-Illinois, has opened a new Senate office in Springfield to help with constituent services.
Services include assistance with veterans benefits, Social Security, Medicare, small-business development and other issues with federal agencies.
“One of my top priorities as senator is ensuring my staff and I are accessible to Illinoisans in every corner of our state, and I look forward to opening more Senate offices across Illinois,” she said.
The office is located at 8 South Old State Capitol Plaza, Springfield, IL 62701. However, the phone line is still to be established, a spokesman said.
