Coulson Elder Law welcomes Amy L. Friederich to the firm
Coulson Elder Law firm this week announced the addition of attorney Amy L. Friederich.
Friederich was born and raised in O’Fallon, Ill. She earned her B.A. in Legal Studies from Webster University and went on to work for the Probate and Trust Department of the American Cancer Society. She later earned her J.D. from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2013. She is a member of the Illinois State and Missouri Bar and admitted in three federal district courts.
Prior to joining Coulson Elder law, she practiced insurance defense law for Wiedner & McAuliffe of Clayton, Mo. She has published a variety of articles, including a law review article for the Illinois Association of Healthcare attorneys titled Examining the Concerns of Illinois’ Civil Commitment Proceedings: An Alternative Approach to Improve Prevention and Treatment of Mental Illnesses.
She currently lives in St. Louis City, where she also teaches yoga part-time.
