Hayes named outstanding engineer in construction
O’FALLON — Horner & Shifrin says Kelly L. Hayes has been selected by the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers, St. Louis Chapter, for its 2014 Outstanding Engineer in Construction Award.
As construction engineering manager at H&S, Kelly has overseen the completion of projects such as the floodwall repair and closure structure reconstructions in East Alton and the Clayton Road Bridge over Deer Creek in Ladue, Mo. A resident of Troy, Ill., she holds professional engineering licenses in both Missouri and Illinois.
Olive joins HeplerBroom as an associate attorney
EDWARDSVILLE — David Olive has joined HeplerBroom LLC in the Edwardsville office as an associate attorney. Olive focuses his practice on complex business litigation matters including toxic torts, product liability, and premises liability. He is licensed to practice law in Missouri.
Crawford joins real estate group

He brings 30-plus years of construction and renovation work, combined with extensive real estate investing.
Crawford is also a member of local Main Street Committees helping to redevelop commercial districts in surrounding towns.
