Psychological Associates adds two to operations team

 

CLAYTON, Mo. — Psychological Associates, a leadership consulting company serving the metropolitan area, recently expanded its Organizational Consulting team with the addition of Kristi Addis and Melissa Cynova.

Addis joined Psychological Associates in operations management in 2016. In her new role, she supports company President Dr. Michelle Clark.

She had 10-plus years of experience in government administration and public service, with six of those years as an executive assistant to the chief of police at the University City Police Department. She was a research assistant at the University of Glamorgan in Wales, UK, and a police records clerk for the St. Louis County Police Department.

She received her B.S. and M.A. in Criminology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, in addition to a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Denver.

Cynova brings a talent for organizing and streamlining processes to the team. She has 15 years of professional experience – as the human resources and operations manager at SyMyco, Inc., and as the office manager at Ability Interpreting, LLC.

Cynova holds a B.A. in Psychology from Truman State University.
