Chad Doyle voted 2016 Certified Residential Specialist of the Year for Illinois
SHILOH — Chad Doyle, CRS, received the honor of being named Illinois CRS Chapter’s Certified Residential Specialist of the Year for 2016.
Doyle (left), a resident of Collinsville, was recognized for his dedication and service to his community, the Realtors Association of Southwestern Illinois and the Illinois CRS Chapter. His involvement in real estate began in 1996 and he currently serves the Southern Illinois counties.
Doyle, of RE/MAX Preferred, has served his local Realtor association, RASI, and the Illinois Realtors. He has held numerous positions with RASI, including director and president (for two years) and has chaired/participated in numerous committees such as bylaws, golf outing and expo task forces. Doyle was the association’s Realtor of the year in 2008. He has also received the Illinois Realtor Presidential Medallion. He served at the Governor Realtor Institute as governor for six years. He is also very active in the RPAC fund raising at both the local and state level, serving as chairman of the state RPAC committee.
Doyle earned his CRS designation in 2004. He also holds designations ABR, ePro, SFR and SRS. He has served on several committees for Illinois CRS including leading the organization’s fund raising efforts of CRS with a Heart for many years. He has been instrumental in raising approximately $6,000 in the last two years with proceeds benefiting the Illinois Realtor Relief Fund.
In addition to the time and effort he lends to CRS and his association, he is also very involved with his family dedicating time to fund-raising efforts to his children’s sports teams.
