Diners can win gift cards for Savor Edwardsville/Glen Carbon restaurant week

Savor Edwardsville/Glen Carbon, the Edwardsville/Glen Carbon Chamber’s new restaurant week initiative, will run from Sept. 16 to 25, with 21 local dining establishments participating.
