Novel Idea Bookstore — and others — now open in Granite City

Brenda Whitaker is inviting the public to the grand opening of her Novel Idea Bookstore & More. The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 13, at 1400 Niedringhaus Ave., Granite City. The store contains these additional shops: Daisy’s, Youtopia, WeeSale, The Book Nook, For The Record and Sweet Treats. Visitors can walk through six different shops.
