Tours being conducted of CityArchRiver project

ST. LOUIS – CityArchRiver Foundation staff are conducting free, 90-minute walking tours of the CityArchRiver project.

The tours are taking place on the first Friday of the month through 2016, from 9 to 10:30 a.m.

Construction is underway on the renovation of the park surrounding the Gateway Arch, Kiener Plaza, and the riverfront. Tours meet at the Old Courthouse, walk through the Gateway Arch grounds, visit the riverfront, and conclude in Luther Ely Smith Square on 4th Street. Guests will be able to see construction progress up-close and learn about the project.
