Edwardsville plans restaurant week; time to ‘Savor 2016’
At least 18 restaurants have signed on to participate in “Savor 2016,” the first week dedicated to the establishments in the area served by the Edwardsville/Glen Carbon Chamber of Commerce.
The week, Sept. 16 to 25, features an opportunity for diners to enjoy specially priced lunch and dinner menus offered at fixed prices.
Members of the chamber are able to join the week’s events for $89 and participants will also provide two $25 gift certificates to be used as prize giveaways.
The chamber’s goal is to further brand the market as a dining destination.
Participating restaurants as of Aug. 1 are:

– Annie’s Frozen Custard
– Bella Milano
– Big Daddy’s
– Bull and Bear Grill and Bar
– Doc’s Smokehouse
– Gulf Shores
– Hotshots Sports Bar and Grill
– Mike Shannon’s Grill
– Peel Wood Fired Pizza
– Recess Brewing
– Sugo’s Spaghetteria
– Wang Gang Asian Eats
The Presenting Partner as of Aug. 1 is Ordello, Online Menu Ordering Systems.
