Invite goes out for Heart Transplant Association’s 20th Annual Golf Tournament

The Heart Transplant Association of St. Louis is planning its 20th Annual Golf Tournament.

The event is at The Courses of Forest Park on Tuesday, Sept. 13. Participants may complete a registration form or register online at: www.hta-stl.org

Golf is $150 per person or $600 per team. The dinner/auction only is $35 per person. All registration fees must be paid by Sept. 1 and include 18 holes of golf, greens fees, cart, lunch, dinner, and prizes.

Participants should supply all information and mail with payment information or check to made out to HTA Golf Tournament and send your reservation to: Bill Tindall, c/o Tindall Construction Inc., 5240 Nameoki Road, Pontoon Beach, IL 62040.

Cash prizes will be awarded for the two flights.
