Great Rivers Greenway welcomes pair to its ranks

ST. LOUIS – The Great Rivers Greenway District recently welcomed Seth Treptow, of Collinsville, and Beth Behrns, of Affton, to its staff.

Treptow has joined as communications manager, overseeing all communications and marketing strategies for Great Rivers Greenway, in addition to special events promotions; while Behrns is serving as Finance and Administration manager, where she is responsible for all day-to-day accounting functions and the administration of staff benefits for the district.

Treptow brings to Great Rivers Greenway nearly 15 years of experience in communications and marketing, including a background in social media and video production. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.

Behrns has worked in the financial industry for more than 20 years with a background in accounting, budget development and benefit administration. Before joining Great Rivers Greenway, she served for more than 20 years at St. Louis Altenheim Senior Long Term Care Facility. As accounting manager, she was responsible for the complete financial accounting process. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri – St. Louis, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
