Delta Dental of Illinois announces new sales executive

NAPERVILLE – Delta Dental of Illinois has hired Brent Goldsberry as a senior sales executive.
Goldsberry will focus on middle market sales in Central and Southern Illinois, including Belleville, Bloomington, Carbondale, Champaign-Urbana, East St. Louis, Peoria and Quincy.
Goldsberry has more than 20 years of experience as a sales and marketing executive in the health and life benefits industry, specializing in strategic organizational planning, business development and product innovation. Prior to joining Delta Dental of Illinois, Goldsberry served as a large group sales executive for Humana Inc., where he led commercial group sales for health, dental and vision products in the Chicagoland area.
Before his tenure as large group sales executive for Humana, Goldsberry was the large group strategic account director for Illinois at Coventry Health Care and was responsible for overseeing new business production, large group medical programs and broker accounts. Prior to his role at Coventry Health Care, Goldsberry served as the regional group manager for Ameritas Group, where he managed dental, vision and auditory product sales in Illinois, Indiana and Michigan. In addition, Goldsberry has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of South Florida in Tampa.
