Her education, skillset and passion align with each position, allowing her to provide care of the highest quality to patients and their families. In her current role as bereavement coordinator, Chida offers support to our bereaved families as well as giving support to staff and community members grieving a loss.

Chida received her master’s degree in Social Work from University of Missouri – Columbia, Mo., and her master’s degree in Pastoral Studies from Eden Theological Seminary – Webster Groves, Mo.

In her spare time, Chida enjoys spending time with her family, riding her horse, reading and artwork.

Each year, Unity Hospice recognizes an employee who has demonstrated extraordinary devotion to their work and to our patients. The employee of the year recognition is selected by Unity Hospice supervisory staff.
