Haine honored for state’s attorney service

 State Sen. Bill Haine, D-Alton, right, was recognized this past month by Madison County State’s Attorney Tom Gibbons with the Retired State’s Attorney Badge. The event was held at the Madison County Administration Building and honors Haine’s service to the people of Madison County. Haine served as state’s attorney from 1988 until joining the Senate in 2002.
