RJN appoints SIU grad as new branch manager in St. Louis

RJN Group, Inc., a consulting engineering and specialty field services firm, this summer welcomed Jeff King, PE, LEED AP, to its St. Louis office.

A retired 21-year veteran of the United States Air Force, King brings 15 years of experience in inflow/infiltration (I/I) analysis, sewer system evaluation surveys, sanitary and storm sewer design, combined sewer separation, stormwater hydrology, detention basins, and erosion and sediment control.

king jeffA graduate of Southern Illinois University, King (left) is a licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri and Illinois, a 2014 graduate of the Water Environment Federation Water Leadership Institute and a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Accredited Professional. He has served on the board of the St. Louis Engineers Club and is a frequent presenter at WEF Conferences including the Annual Collections Systems Conference and the Missouri Water Environment Association Annual Meeting. He is also active with the WEF Technical Practice Committee, serving as a publication reviewer.

In his new role as branch manager, King oversees operations, manages projects and ensures clients’ services. RJN is currently under contract with St. Louis Metropolitan Sewer District providing investigation and analysis of their collection system, and King had been leading the development of the district’s integrated GIS for I/I reduction projects, which was adopted as a district standard for their Private Inflow Reduction Program.
