GOA Regional Business Association to host luncheon with state comptroller

SCHAUMBURG – GOA Regional Business Association has secured Illinois Comptroller Leslie Munger to speak at a luncheon on Wednesday, Nov. 11.

The event is sponsored by AT&T. The comptroller is expected to take the podium at 12:30 p.m. and speak until 1:30 p.m.

Munger will speak about the current state of the Illinois budget as well as answer questions from the business community.

The GOA Regional Business Association, formally Greater O’Hare Association, has been in existence for over 35 years and stands for Growth Opportunity Alliance. The association is a membership-based organization made up of businesses of various
sizes. GOA offers events, both informational and recreational to harbor business growth ultimately creating a network of shared information and experiences.

It serves and connects 93 communities stemming from the Greater O’Hare area.
