Memorial to host open house on diabetes management

BELLEVILLE – Memorial Hospital is hosting an open house designed to increase your diabetes management skills. Dominate Your Diabetes will be held on Thursday, Nov. 12, from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at Memorial Health Education Center, 706 East Highway 50, O’Fallon.

The evening will feature informational booths that address the following diabetes-related topics: how to cope; taking medication; problem solving; reducing risks; healthy eating; remaining active and monitoring your diabetes. The event is free to the public. Light diabetic-friendly refreshments will be served.
